Save Khandallah Pool Campaign
The campaign to Save the Khandallah Pool from closure was an awesome show of community togetherness, with many suburbs in the Northern parts of Wellington showing their support of the pool.
Lots of activities were run in getting the word out to make submissions to the Wellington City Council, including a close to my heart event, Art Splash of Creativity. Save the Khandallah Pool Art Splash was held at the Automat forecourt and close to 100 kids came and created posters supporting the pool remaining open. It was a fabulous day, huge success and heaps of fun.
